What happens when you join a creator’s fam

• You enter your email (and, if you wish, a social handle) and confirm it with a one-time code.
• The creator’s hub unlocks what you asked for, and the creator can email you through Famclaim. The creator decides how they use your details. Famclaim stores them for them and keeps them secure.
• If you choose “Remember this device”, you won’t need to register again on other hubs. Creators can’t see which other hubs you’ve joined.
• We never sell your details and never use them to advertise Famclaim to you.

Take control any time

• Unsubscribe from one creator: use the link in any of their emails.
• Leave a fam or delete your details: use the buttons on the Your data page. We act within one month, usually much faster.
• See what we hold, correct it, or object: email privacy@famclaim.com.
• Forget this device: use the button on the Your data page.
• Complain: talk to us first, or contact the ICO at ico.org.uk.

Fan Terms

• You must be 13 or over. If you are under 18, check with a parent or guardian before joining.
• Use real contact details and don’t try to bypass limits, scrape content or use another person’s email.
• Content on a hub belongs to its creator. Don’t copy or redistribute it beyond what the creator allows.
• We provide the Services with reasonable care but can’t promise they are always available or that a creator’s content is accurate. Nothing limits your legal rights or our liability for anything the law doesn’t allow us to limit.
• English law applies, and UK consumers may use their local courts.
